We are a customer oriented company serving the luxury ground transportation sector and probably the only company with this kind of service guarantee.

So what is our service guarantee then? Well! we will provide on-time service to all our clients when promised.

We understand that it is not fair to only charge the clients when they are late; therefore, whenever we are late, we will take-off an equal amount that a company or we would charge a client when he/she was late.

This is not to say that we will be late it is in fact the opposite because we guarantee on-time service; therefore, we will always be on-time and we give our drivers enough leeway time considering the congestions of Toronto highways and roads.

We always try to inform or update our clients in the event of things beyond our control such as snow storms, accidents or breakdowns, flight cancellations or airport shutdowns.
